A technical and financial due diligence for a prospective acquirer for a coal mine in business rescue. Assessment and valuation of RBCT allocation. Review of material contracts and liabilities. Transaction advisors on submission of offers.
COAL MINE - 2
Work for the Curator Bonis of a coal mine in business rescue. The work included monitoring and assessment of the state of the assets, valuations and review of management accounts. Also includes was a review of material contracts, mine plans, mineral rights and rehabilitation liabilities. Submission of affidavits to the High Court and responses.
COAL MINE - 3
Valuations of a coal mine in business rescue for the Business Rescue Practitioner. Valuations included a forced sale and liquidation value as well as a market value.
